who says girls can't play football?
these portraits of my cousins jeff, alma, and isa are long overdue - we've been talking for a while about doing them and finally got to it earlier this month. an unconventional sort, they were living over in japan for the majority of isa's young life until the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and tsumani devastated the land. luckily, they made it out of the country without harm. jeff and alma have been together since i was a young girl, and compliment each other very well. isa is headstrong and brilliant for her age, she's even tough enough to be the only girl on her all male football team. way to go girl!
