muddy heroes
i just love mud. i love the sound it makes when your shoes get stuck in it, i love throwing it at my friends when we go swimming at the river. i'd even take a mud bath at a fancy salon if i could ever afford it.
so when my cousin jeff helped organize a 2k & 4k mud run for kids- called the muddy heroes- and asked me to photograph it, i was all over it. it could not have been a better day for it. not too hot - but hot enough to want to dive head first into cool watery mud after running long distances.
